FEES

The conference fees cover

• access to the conference,
• the conference bag with the book of abstracts and program,
• the welcome reception on Sunday 8th September,
• all lunches and coffee breaks,
• a visit of Wednesday 11t^h September afternoon.

The conference fees do  not cover

• accomodation (it has to be booked directly by participants),
• the gala dinner on Wednesday 11t^h September (60€).

The accompanying fees cover

• the welcome reception on Sunday 8th September,
• the gala dinner on Wednesday 11t^h September,
• a visit on Wednesday 11t^h September afternoon.

TRAVEL BURSARY

The call for IUPAB bursaries for students is now closed.

The Groupement AMPERE is also sponsoring the Conference with travel grants. Those grants will be awarded directly by AMPERE to selected participating PhD students after the Conference.
